Pathological Q waves

What are criteria for a pathological Q wave?

In v2 and v3, a QS complex and a Q wave duration ≥20ms is always pathological. In the remaining leads, a Q wave is pathological if it lasts for ≥30 ms AND is ≥0.1 mV AND occurs in at least two related leads.
