What are the characteristics of an idiopathic right ventricular outflow tract tachycardia?
A relatively narrow QRS complex and a left bundle branch block configuration are observed. The heart rate is usually below 160 bpm. The prognosis is significantly better than in patients with a VT that develops secondary to structural heart disease.
