Young patient with syncope

A 28-year-old female patient presents to the emergency room due to a syncope. She reports that she suddenly felt dizzy while exercising and was just able to sit down before she briefly passed out. She often feels dizzy, especially when she bends down or gets up quickly. There is no medical history. Her mother would have had something like that from time to time, but there was never a specific diagnosis.
